Doraemon the Film: Nobita’s Earth Symphony earns $12.6 million in China in its first weekend

Leisure information web site Selection reported on Sunday that the 2024 Doraemon film Eiga Doraemon: Nobita no Chikyū Symphony (Doraemon the Film: Nobita’s Earth Symphony) opened at No. 1 on the Chinese language field workplace, incomes RMB89.5 million (US$12.6 million).
The movie premiered at No. 1 in Japan on March 1. The movie offered 538,000 tickets for 655,555,580 yen (roughly US$4.37 million) in its first weekend. It has earned a cumulative whole of 4,133,386,930 yen (about $26.66 million) in Japan as of Could 8.
The brand new movie has a music theme, the place Doraemon and buddies go on an journey to fulfill new buddies, join with folks by music and save the world from disaster.
Kazuaki Imai (Doraemon the film: Nobita’s treasure island, Doraemon the film: Nobita’s new dinosaur) directed the movie. Teruko Utsumia author for the Doraemon tv anime, wrote the script for the movie. The present solid members of the tv anime reprized their roles for the movie.
