Revolutionary woman Utena director Kunihiko Ikuhara introduced on X/Twitter on Thursday that he’ll write and direct a Rodoku-geki (Studying Theater) play titled “Ikuni Produce Studying within the Darkish Shunkin no Sasuke” with the primary illustration by Classmates artist Asumiko NakamuraThe play can be carried out at Rikkoukai Corridor from October 31 to November 3.

The play relies on the quick story “Shunkinshō” by Junichiro Tanizakiwhich tells the love story between a blind shamisen participant Harukoto and the servant Sasuke. It’ll function a brand new association.

Awano Akira will co-write and produce the script with Ikuhara.
