Rainbow parakeet ran in Akita Schoten‘S Weekly Shōnen Champion journal from 1981 to 1983. Digital Manga beforehand had a Kickstarter marketing campaign in 2014 to fund this Rainbow parakeet and 5 different Tezuka titles for launch, however the marketing campaign failed to attain its objective.
