Bandai Namco Filmworks and anime studio Pierrot revealed on Saturday that Pierrot is producing a brand new, as-yet-untitled magical woman tv anime collection. The announcement video beneath previews the studio’s earlier 5 magical woman tv anime collection.

Pierrot has additionally opened an X/Twitter account and a web site for its magical woman anime franchise.
Pierrot made the announcement on the fortieth anniversary of the airing of the ultimate episode of the primary magical woman anime collection, Magic Angel Creamy Mami.

Magic Angel Creamy Mami aired in 52 episodes from 1983 to 1984. Magic Fairy Persia was subsequently broadcast in 1984 and 1985, in 48 episodes. Magic Star Magic Emi aired for 38 episodes in 1985 and 1986, Magic idol pastel Yumi aired for 25 episodes in 1986, and Stunning Lala aired for 26 episodes in 1998.
