TV Asahi aired a particular program on April 21, 2024, spending almost three hours revealing the highest 20 favourite anime songs as voted by non-Japanese anime followers. This system aimed to discover the widespread reputation of Japanese anime tradition and its music overseas.

This system was hosted by comedy duo Bakusho Mondai together with Eiji Wentz and featured insights from a number of visitors and voice actors, together with Snow Man’s Daisuke Sakuma, Miho Watanabe, Yuriko Tiger, Megumi Han, Ryo Horikawa, Rica Matsumoto and Yuko Miyamura.

After conducting a survey amongst 1,740 anime followers residing overseas, this system introduced the long-awaited rankings, shedding mild on essentially the most cherished anime songs amongst overseas followers.
