We first got word of an anime adaptation for the Fairy Tail: 100 Years of Quest sequel manga – written and storyboarded by original creator Hiro Mashima and illustrated by Atsuo Ueda – in September 2021. Now, the series is set for a July 2024 premiere, with confirmation that all previous voice actors will return in their respective roles.

You can see some of these characters again in the short teaser trailer and visuals – featuring Natsu Dragneel, Lucy Heartfilia, Gray Fullbuster, Erza Scarlet and Wendy Marvell – below.

Shinji Ishihara is general director, with Toshinori Watanabe as director, Atsuhiro Tomioka as series composition writer, and Yurika Sako as character designer for the JCSTAFF production.
