Kimichika Haijima’s promising volleyball career took a dark turn during his high school years, leading to his transfer to Fukui Prefecture. There he is reunited with his childhood friend Yuni Kuroba, whose immense talent is overshadowed by his struggle with pressure. Despite their differences, Kimichika and Yuni form an unstoppable duo on the volleyball court, but are torn apart by a bitter feud during the final prefecture tournament.

Kimichika and Yuni are now at Seiin High School and are at odds with each other. Their once strong bond is broken by past grudges. Despite their strained relationship, both boys are drawn to the school’s volleyball club, where they join forces with second and third year students to revitalize the team and restore its former glory.
